2 Who is responsible for your personal data?

3 Personal data that we collect from you

Pool Sensor uses ad networks and measurement tools that help us understand user behavior and preferences. Poolsensor collects information about the type of browser you use, which search criteria you use on Poolsensor, your IP address, as well as information about your computer or mobile device, geographic location and similar data.
The purpose is to optimize the user experience, to carry out targeted marketing, including re-advertising via Facebook and Google.
The legal basis for the processing is "balancing of interests" according to Article 6 of the Data Protection Regulation. Our legitimate interest consists in optimizing the user experience.
5 Storage period
We save your data as long as the data is necessary to fulfill
the purposes for which we collected your data. The data may also be saved for the time required by applicable law. Until the purchase has been completed (including delivery and payment) and for a period of 3 years thereafter in order to be able to handle any complaints and warranty matters. In order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act, accounting material is saved for seven years, until the end of a financial year. You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted.
6 Especially about social security numbers
The purpose of saving social security numbers is to: (1) administer your purchase and order, (2) deliver your product or service (including communicating with you regarding your delivery).

contact details. (4) We administer your payment with the help of our payment partner. (5) We administer and communicate with you in the event of a complaint and warranty matter relating to your purchase.
